Hangzhou Shalom EO offers various types of stock and custom aspheric lenses including plano-convex/concave, biconvex/biconcave, meniscus, ball/half ball versions, etc. We are capable of providing both precision polished and glass-molded aspheric lenses. Shalom EO engages the MRF (magneto-rheological finishing) and SPDT (single point diamond turning) techniques in our production line, where the high-precision polishing technique contributes to true diffraction-limited spot sizes and the lowest wavefront error of the lenses.

Shalom EO’s aspheric lenses include two categories: collimation and condenser lenses. Aspheric collimation lenses are an excellent option for collimating light emerging from fibers or laser diodes. Available substrate materials include optical glass (e.g. N-BK7, fused silica), Ge, ZnSe, Si, and more. Coating options encompass uncoated, MgF₂ single-layer AR coating, laser line V-coating, and BBAR coatings, where a wide selection of diameters is accessible.

In addition, Shalom EO also provides fast axis collimators (FAC lenses) and slow axis collimators (SAC lenses) optimized for laser bars and collimating lights from diode lasers into fibers.
