The grating based HighFinesse/ Ångstrom’ spectrometers offer the capability for a very accurate simultaneous measurement of both wavelength and linewidth of laser sources. With a resolving power up to 40000 and a measurement speed up to 500 MHz, the product series covers the range from 192 nm to 11000 nm, allowing measurements of both pulsed and cw lasers. The grating based technology enables the analysis of laser sources over a large linewidth range. Connected to the PC via USB, after a simple software installation the spectrometers are ready for use.

TOPTICA offers industrial and research grade lasers for spectroscopy with an ultra-broad wavelength coverage: 190 nm – 0.1 THz. TOPTICA lasers deliver narrow-linewidth emission that is tunable – in some systems up to 110 nm wide without a single mode hop.

High-end, turn-key difference frequency combs and terahertz systems complement the portfolio for the most demanding spectroscopy applications.
