OPTOMAN, by solely concentrating on IBS technology and mastering it, is capable of manufacturing IBS-coated micro-optical systems with low absorption transmissive coatings, which pushes the overall efficiency to the new levels. On fast axis collimators (FAC), for example, low absorption coatings minimize the unwanted effects originating from the heat generated by the laser diode, which ensures environmental stability while maintaining the desired optical configurations.

PowerPhotonics freeform direct write manufacturing process can allow for completely freeform and custom micro-optics to be designed and manufactured without any costly set up fees or masks. The use of high-quality fused silica leads to micro optics with high power handling capabilities, while delivering very low scatter and high performance.
