Featuring high UV radiation resistance, and excellent refractive index homogeneity, our UV optics and crystals find versatile usage in applications such as 193 nm ArF laser, 248 nm KrF excimer laser, ultraviolet photolithography, astronomy, and semiconductor testing. Our product catalog includes:

  • calcium fluoride (CaF2) optics and crystals: transmission 99.8%/cm at 248 nm within the crystal, maximum diameter >300 mm, up to 500 mm, low stress of 1-10 nm/cm. Surface quality 10/5 S/D, wavefront distortion λ/10, and roughness <0.5 nm can be obtained.
  • magnesium fluoride (MgF2) optics and crystals: transmission >99% at 193 nm within the crystal, the maximum diameter of crystal ingots 120mm. Available as single crystal, Polycrystalline crystal, vacuum ultraviolet grade, and deep ultraviolet grade. Surface quality 10/5 S/D and roughness <0.5nm can be obtained.
  • lithium fluoride (LiF) optics and crystals: cut-off wavelength below 110 nm, maximum diameter 100 mm, can be grown using either Bridgman–Stockbarger method or Kyropoulos method (air-grown).
