Blue Sky Research has the MiniLase, a laser diode module with a high-quality lens and laser drive electronics in a miniature package:

  • wavelengths: 405 nm to 980 nm
  • diffraction-limited Gaussian beam
  • collimated, focused or the beam options

A variety of power & performance levels are available, including collimated or shaped beams, laser drive circuits, package sizes and wiring configurations.
