- The production base in Fuzhou is mainly involved in the R & D and production of optical and crystal components, covering an area of 10,000 m². Our products include crystals, optical components, laser accessories, interferometers, etc.;
- The production base located in Changsha covers a total area of 20,000 m², and is dedicated to the R & D and manufacturing of high-power laser optical devices and high-performance lenses in various fields.

achromatic optics |
Dayoptics has specially designed achromatic waveplates, containing two pieces of plates. They are similar to zero-order waveplates, except that the two plates are made from different materials, such as crystal quartz and magnesium fluoride. The bandwidth of such achromatic waveplates is very wide, meaning a nearly constant retardance over a large range of wavelength. |
acousto-optic modulators |
DayOptics offers a polarization-maintaining AOM (acousto-optic modulator) which is specially developed for the requirements of optical sensing. It has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, fast rise time, good modulation pulse shape (small overshoot), good pulse repeatability (small repetition period jitter), etc. An integrated package containing both the modulator and the driver facilitates system integration. The device features a high damage threshold and high extincition ratio, and can be widely used in various optical fiber sensing systems that require pulse modulation, such as φ-OTDR, BOTDR, and OFDR. |
beam splitters |
DayOptics produces polarizing cube beamsplitters with epoxy interface. Coatings are available for a wide range of operation wavelengths. |

Dayoptics' engineers have many years experience on fabrication on cylindrical lenses. We can produce the products with high precision and specification consistancy based on our advanced inspection instrument for the lenses. The material used from UV to IR are fused silica, BK7, CaF2, S-TIH53 and others. The lens dimensions range from 1 mm × 1 mm to 100 mm × 100 mm. |
electro-optic Q switches |
Our electro-optic Q switches have excellent electro-optical properties, high damage threshold, high transmittance, and are easy to adjust. |
Faraday isolators |
Our free space isolator is composed of a birefringent crystal (or polarizer), a Faraday rotator and a half-wave plate. It is used in fiber lasers and can effectively stop back reflections. |
Faraday rotators |
Our Faraday rotators have aperture diameters up to 15 mm and can work with up to 100 W of optical power and >98% transmission. |

The high-power, high-speed fiber acousto-optic modulator (AOM) is one of the core components of all-fiber laser. It has the advantages of ultra-high extinction ratio, low insertion loss and fast rise time, and can select and modulate pulse lasers. |

polarizers |
