At our headquarters in Switzerland, we manufacture on 13,500 m² our fiber optic assemblies on a wide variety of fiber and cable. Depending on customer requirements, we manufacture and pre-assemble our products with different fiber and ferrule technologies. We have over 40 years experience in the field of fiber optic technology and offer both standard and custom connectors.

Diamond offers a wide range of fiber-optic adapters. We assemble our components to create finished products and a wide range of cable assemblies. We are able to manufacture and prefabricate products using different optical fibers and ferrule technologies according to customer requirements. Diamond uses a unique two-component connector ferrule, comprising of a high-precision ceramic ferrule with a titanium insert. This unique ferrule, together with Diamond’s patented Active Core Alignment process, precisely aligns the fiber core to the axis of the ferrule to reduce Insertion Loss values to a minimum. This special process enables Diamond to ensure high-performance in all its products.
