HyOptic fiber optic reflector 1577 nm applied in home by European operators

With people's demand for high bandwidth demands, operators need to upgrade networks to next-generation 10G PON to enable gigabit access. However, existing networks are deployed using large numbers of GPON ONU/ONT in home, which built-in a optical filter (pass CATV 1550 nm, refelct GPON 1310/1490 nm). The XGS-PON (10G PON) downstream wavelength is 1577 nm that will go to filter pass port, interfering TV signal. Then operators must reflect the 1577 nm signal back.

HyOptic fiber optic reflector 1577 nm is packaged in SC male to female adapter structure, which is easily installed on existing home ONU/ONT to block the 1577nm 10G PON (XGS-PON) signals. European operators begin to deploy this reflector in batch. This 1577 reflector built-in FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating), can be packaged in SC/LC adapter body, which reflects more than 99% of 1577 optical signal back and pass other wavelengths.

add–drop multiplexers	S	With unique micro-optics technology, HyOptic offers various CWDM and DWDM optical add–drop multiplexers (OADM), packaged in ABS box, LGX box, cassette or 1U rackmount. All comply with Telcoredia GR-1209/1221-CORE and PCT 168 hours reliability.
Faraday circulators	S E	HyOptic 3 ports or 4 port fiber-optic circulators are based on a 45° or 90° Faraday rotator with single mode (SM) or polarization maintaining (PM) fiber cable. That is widely used for bidirectional transmission systems with a single fiber.
Faraday isolators	S E	HyOptic offers fiber-optic isolators and hybrid isolators with WDM for different wavelengths like 980 nm, 1310 nm, 1550 nm and 2000 nm, and with single mode (SM) or polarization maintaining (PM) fiber cable.
Faraday rotator mirrors	S E	HyOptic offers Faraday rotator mirrors (FRM) with different wavelengths: 1310 nm, 1450 nm, 1480 nm, 1550 nm and 1064 nm. They rotate the optical signal's polarization state by 45° or 90° and can be used in sensor systems.
fiber Bragg gratings	S E	HyOptic makes different fiber optic reflectors which built-in fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) in fiber adapter or fiber connector structure for SC or LC. The 1577-nm SC fiber reflector is easily installed on existing ONU to block the XGS-PON signals. The 1625-nm or 1650-nm FBG reflector is ideal for OTDR.
fiber collimators	S E	HyOptic offers fiber collimators in pigtail structure or with LC receptacle, with different working distances and beam waist sizes. Devices for single mode (SM), multi mode (MM) and polarization maintaining (PM) fibers are available.
fiber couplers	S E	Based on FBT and PLC technology, HyOptic offers different fiber couplers: 1×2, 2×2 and 1×3 and pump combiners, 2×1, 3×1 and 7×1 with wide range of single mode (SM), multi mode (MM) and polarization maintaining (PM) fiber cable. Based on PLC technology, HyOptic offers optical splitters like 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32 and 1×64 packaged in a steel tube or box.
fiber patch cables	S E	HyOptic offers all kinds of fiber patch cables with single mode (SM), multi mode (OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4, OM5) and polarization maintaining (PM) fibers, terminated with LC, SC, FC, ST, MPO, E2000, MU, MTRJ or DIN fiber connector. Laser delivery cables are terminated with FC SMA905 or D80 head.
fiber-optic adapters	S	HyOptic offers all kinds of fiber-optic adapters of LC, SC, FC, ST, MPO, E2000, MU, MTRJ, and DIN type, hybrid female to male adapters, bare fiber adapters, and multi-mode to single-mode converters. The structures are available in simplex, duplex and quad.
fiber-optic attenuators	S E	HyOptic offers all kinds of fiber-optic attenuators, with fixed attenuation in SC, LC, FC or ST adapter structure. Variable attenuation is available in mechanically variable optical attenuators (VOA) or MEMS VOA.
optical filters	S E	With unique micro-optics technology, HyOptic offers thin film filters (TFF), FBT fused WDM filters and FBG filters. Examples are CWDM filters, DWDM filters, wide band filters, various FBG bandpass and blocking filters, featuring low insertion loss, high isolation and compact case.
optical switches	S	HyOptic offers many kinds of mechanical optical switches like 1×1, 1×2, 2×2 bypass 1×4, and MEMS optical switches 1×8, 1×16, 1×32 and 1×64. This switch type supports latching or non-latching performance. All meet Telcordia standards GR-1221 and GR-1073.
variable optical attenuators	S E	HyOptic offers all kinds of variable optical attenuators (VOA), packaged in SC LC FC ST adapter structure, and inline mechanical variable optical attenuators and MEMS VOA.
wavelength division multiplexing devices	S E	With unique micro-optics technology, HyOptic makes different wavelength division multiplexing devices (WDM) such as CWDM Mux/Demux, mini CWDM module, DWDM Mux/Demux, optical add–drop multiplexers (OADM), WDM1r module, CEx module, and hybrid WDM with laser diode (LD), photodiode (PD), or isolator.
