Company Description
Founded in 1997, O/E LAND Inc. specializes in manufacturing of vast variety of Fiber Bragg Gratings, for which it has full CRC/UTC Fiber Bragg Grating Technologies license.
Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs) are not only available as a stand-alone product, but also available are different types of optical sensors, based on FBGs.
The company also offers a wide range of Broadband and Laser light sources, including Continuous wave (CW) and Supercontinuum sources, as well as pulsed and tunable (swept)lasers.
Amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) lasers and ultra-fast Pulsed lasers, covering different spectral regions. O/E LAND Inc. is also capable of providing fiber- and micro-optics, as well as opto-electronics components, products and services.

Our wavelength beam combiner (splitter) is a micro-optics based fiber wavelength beam combiner (splitter) with any wavelength range from 300 nm – 2400 nm. Specifically, the OEWBC-100 can combine or split two or more wavelengths in the range 300 nm – 2400 nm. It can work with single-mode fiber, multimode fiber, PM fiber and plastic-optical fiber. Virtually any number of input wavelengths can be combined with high efficiency and low insertion loss. |

The O/E Land’s OEDMS-100 chromatic dispersion measurement system is based on high-performance tunable laser sources integrated with a vector network analyzer (VNA). It covers a wider dispersion range than other available products in the market. OEDMS-100 is available at various center wavelengths including 1030 (or 1064), 1310, 1550 and 2000 nm. The built-in Tunable Laser Source (TLS) and power meter can also be used individually with a user-friendly interface through the USB port. |

Mastering advanced FBG writing technologies with holographic phase mask and e-beam phase mask, O/E Land can produce many different types of fiber Bragg gratings with different types of packaging. We have full license for the CRC/UTC Fiber Bragg Grating Technologies Portfolio, and have a vast inventory of fiber gratings. O/E LAND INC. has also developed a strong expertise in the writing of multi-grating arrays with 2, 3, 4, 6 or up to 16 fiber gratings in a single fiber, with no need for splicing. Fiber Bragg grating arrays can be used in DWDM, CWDM optical systems to add or drop multiple channels simultaneously, and in sensors and for instrumentation purposes. |

The Gain flattening filter (GFF), based on fiber Bragg grating technology, with model number OEGFF-100 is a reflective type filter. The OEGFF-100 can be used in C-band or L-band erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) or Raman amplifier. One advantage of the OEGFF-100 compared with the thin film based GFF filter is that each filter shape is different due to customized fitting curve, and therefore no accumulated error when several of them are cascaded with each other. The humidity sensor OEFHS-100 is based on a patent pending technology and is suitable for measuring the relative humidity (RH) in a wide range with high accuracy and sensitivity. An optional temperature sensor can be built in beside humidity sensor for monitoring both humidity and temperature at the same time. The humidity sensor is available in metal packaging (OEFHS-100) or in PTFE known as Teflon (OEFHS-200) for applications where the metal packaging cannot be used. The sensor may be used in reflection or transmission mode. Multiple FBG humidity sensors can be placed in a single optical fiber. |

Our tunable CW laser sources can perform continuous scanning over up to 100 nm tuning range at various center wavelengths from 780 to 3000 nm.
