The Top Hat Beam Shaper (TH) is a highly efficient optical technology designed to convert Gaussian beams into uniform top hat laser profiles. The module is compact and flexible meaning it can be easily integrated into existing systems or customized for optimal performance in a new development. The refractive based technology means no high frequency noise and our in-house beam shaping allows us to manufacture very specific top hat profiles down to 10 μm, coefficient of variations < 2% with high contained power. The Fireline Laser (FL) is a TEC high power direct semiconductor laser pattern generator providing high reliability with superior beam shaping for high signal to noise industrial applications. With powers up to 12 W in the NIR range, the FL is ideal for high speed applications requiring peak illumination performance such as road and rail inspection. Fully integrated with laser beam shaping to create highly uniform single line and multi-line projections, the FL is a plug and play solution. Features include active diode cooling, DB9 Connector for interfacing and safety protocols such as key switch, mechanical shutter and interlock.

The Industrial Laser System (ILS) is a self-contained thermo-electric cooled laser projection system with integrated laser beam shaping designed for high signal to noise industrial applications. The ILS’ compact size allows for easy integration and design considerations for heat dissipation keeps the output of the laser stable in industrial as much as lab environments. In-house optical manufacturing guarantees superior beam quality. Wavelengths from 405 nm – 810 nm with powers up to 4 W are available.

The BioShape laser (BSL) is a fully integrated top hat projection system designed to be a plug and play illumination solution for the bio-instrumentation industry. The platform efficiently creates customizable top hat beam profiles with high uniformity and no high frequency ripple as required in many analytical instruments. The top hat beam can be created directly at the customer’s target plane (ITH) or at the focal plane of an existing optical system (DTH option). The BSL’s opto-electronics are optimized for ultra-low noise operation while offering fully integrated digital and analog interfacing features (RS232, RS485, I2C). The platform is completely temperature controlled for maximum stability.
