UM Optics

UM Optics offers a variety of coating materials such as calcium fluoride (CaF₂), barium fluoride(BaF₂), magnesium fluoride (MgF₂) and lithium fluoride (LiF). Our coated particles are available in sizes 1–3 mm and 3–5 mm. High purity coated materials are used to make specialty optical crystals and lenses. It is used to make optical glass main material. Suitable for optical fiber, medicine, in the manufacture of electronics, instrumentation and optical instruments.

UM Optics offers both plano-convex and plano-concave cylindrical lenses based on a wide range of materials and coatings, such as CaF₂, K9, UVFS, Si, Ge and ZnSE.

UM Optics is the biggest optics supplier in China. We supply CaF₂, BaF₂, MgF₂, LiF material covering the VUV to IR spectrum. We can also deliver cut blanks, polished lens, drilled windows, spherical lenses, aspheric lenses, galvo scanning mirrors, prisms, cylindrical lenses and mirrors in very large quantities at best price. UM Optics also grows silicon material in optical grade and supplies optics like silicon wafers, mirrors, AR-coated lenses, and prisms. We are also good at ZnSe/ZnS/Ge IR material optics.

UM Optics can provide flat lenses, cylindrical lenses, spherical lenses, aspheric lenses and prisms, laser protection windows, mirrors, beam concentrators, output couplers, focussing lenses, beam splitters and scanning mirrors. We offer customized services for laser lenses to meet the needs of different customers.

Our spherical lenses are widely used in a variety of industrial and detection cameras, microscopic objectives, spectral imaging, machine vision, infrared night vision and sensing, thermal imaging, environmental protection and biology. Lenses can be equipped with anti-reflective coatings, HR coatings and metallic mirror coatings, dielectric films and spectroscopic films.

UM Optics offers three types of spherical lenses:

• single lens: plano convex/concave, double convex/double concave, meniscus lens
• achromatic doublets: doublet and triple double lenses
• customized lenses: hemispherical, dome lenses, square spherical lenses

UM Optics offers optical crystals of CaF₂, BaF₂, MgF₂ and LiF. UM Optics is China's largest manufacturer of fluoride crystals.

UM Optics currently has six different coating machines, including one for diamond-like carbon (DLC) and two for broadband anti-reflection coatings. We mainly produce infrared anti-reflection coatings, infrared filters, and diamond-like carbon coatings, providing customers with various coating services and products.

UM Optics supplies UV-VIS-IR optical windows made of CaF₂, BaF₂, MgF₂, LiF, Si, Ge, ZnSe, BK7, UVFS, sapphire and others. These windows can be coated or uncoated with sizes from 3 mm to 350 mm. UM Optics can provide fully customized windows including round windows, rectangular windows, drilled windows and wedge windows to suit your application and with a variety of substrates available.

UM OPTICS offers right-angle prisms based on calcium fluoride(CaF₂), silicon (Si) and zinc selenide (ZnSe) in a variety of sizes.

UM Optics have scanning mirrors which are gold coated silicon or optical glass with dielectric coatings. The scanning mirrors are lightweight rectangular total reflection mirrors that are used for high speed two-axis laser scanning systems. They have reflectivities 99.7% or more at ±25° angle of incidence and can withstand laser powers of 2000 W and more. With their scientific design of shape and size and their reliable quality, they are now widely applicable in two-axis laser scanning systems, e.g. for laser marking and stage lighting systems. Custom sizes can be fabricated according to customer's drawings and samples – UM Optics stock scanning mirrors are for input beam diameters of 8/10/12/14/20/30 mm and others.
