Vexlum developes, manufactures and distributes high-power VECSELs for scientific and industrial market with broad wavelength coverage from visible to infrared. Vexlum is a spin-off from the Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC), Tampere University of Technology, which has been a leading research group in the area of VECSELs for more than a decade. We capitalize on a comprehensive knowledge in molecular beam epitaxy, semiconductor processing, and laser systems engineering. In particular, we have focused on developing VECSELs at new wavelengths and application specific systems engineering.
